Prices

One-off purchases are priced per app version and shown tax-included on each app page (for example, ¥2,980). Hirune Pro subscription: ¥3,980 per month or ¥29,800 per year. All prices include tax. Prices are shown in JPY; USD prices may be displayed on app pages where available.

Quantity

A one-off purchase is licensed to the purchaser only (one person). Hirune Pro allows team use within the same organization (up to about three people).

Payment methods

Credit card via Stripe. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and others are accepted.

Payment timing

One-off purchases are charged immediately at checkout. Subscriptions are charged automatically at signup and on each renewal date.

Delivery

The purchased version is unlocked for download on Hirune immediately after payment completes.

Cancellation

You can cancel the subscription anytime from the Stripe customer portal on the account page (/account). Access continues until the end of the current period; no prorated refunds.

System requirements

An internet connection and a current major browser (Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, etc.).

Returns, cancellations, and refunds

Due to the nature of digital content, we generally cannot accept returns or refunds after purchase. However, we will consider a refund in the following cases:

• A defect on Hirune's side prevents us from delivering the purchased download
• A payment error such as double billing is confirmed
• Other cases where the operator determines a refund is appropriate

To request a refund, email the contact below with the email address used at purchase and your order details. We will review and respond individually.

Special conditions

You can also unlock versions with a passcode received from a paid note article. Payments and refunds on note are governed by note's own terms and are outside the scope of this disclosure.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
