Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using Hirune (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to read these Terms in full and to be bound by them.
2. What the Service does
The Service is a hub for people who build with AI agents. It provides:
- Version-by-version distribution of self-built apps (ZIP downloads, a launcher for the Deploy to Cloudflare button, and passcode-based unlocking)
- A playground you can try after signing in (with a free usage allowance)
- Directions to AI PLAY GUILD, a learning community on an external site
- Entry points to the operator's posts on X and note
3. Accounts
Some features, such as purchases, the playground, and unlocking downloads, require an account. Sign-in is handled by WorkOS AuthKit, for example via an email magic link. When creating an account, please:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Take responsibility for all activity under your account
- Not transfer or lend your account to others
4. Pricing and payment
- All prices are shown tax-included in JPY; USD prices may be displayed on app pages where available
- One-off purchase: priced per app version and shown on each app page (for example, ¥2,980). The purchaser alone may use the purchased version; newer versions require a separate purchase
- Hirune Pro subscription: ¥3,980 per month or ¥29,800 per year. While subscribed, you can download every app and every version on Hirune, and team use within the same organization is allowed (up to about three people)
- Payments are processed by credit card through Stripe. One-off purchases are charged at checkout; subscriptions are charged at signup and on each renewal date
- Downloads are unlocked on Hirune immediately after payment completes
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel the subscription anytime from the Stripe customer portal on the account page. Access continues until the end of the current period; no prorated refunds.
- Because the products are digital content, we generally cannot refund purchases
- We will consider refunds when a Hirune-side defect prevents delivery of a download, when a payment error such as double billing occurred, or when the operator otherwise finds a refund appropriate

6. Unlocking with a passcode
You can also unlock a version with a passcode received from a paid note article. Payments and refunds on note follow note's terms and are outside the scope of these Terms.
7. App license
Purchased apps may be used commercially, including in your own work and in client projects. The following are prohibited:
- Redistributing or reselling the apps
- Providing them to third parties as a SaaS or similar service
- Posting them to public repositories
Where they differ, the LICENSE.txt bundled in each ZIP takes precedence.
8. Prohibited conduct
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts related to criminal activity
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
- Acts that infringe the rights of other users or third parties
- Using the Service for fraudulent purposes
- Sharing purchased content or passcodes with third parties
9. Intellectual property
Intellectual property rights in the Service and in the distributed apps belong to the operator or their rightful owners. Rights to the output you create with a purchased app belong to you.
10. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is." The operator makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or usefulness of the Service or the distributed apps.
11. Limitation of liability
If the operator causes you damage through breach of obligation or tort, the operator's liability is capped at the total fees you paid during the most recent twelve months.
12. Changes to these Terms
The operator may update these Terms as needed. Updated Terms take effect when posted on the Service. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over disputes arising from these Terms.
